Volodymyr Lytvyn, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine expresses for the Discussion on what Political System is Acceptable for Ukraine
During the meeting with the students and teachers of Crimea State Engineering and Pedagogical College in Simferopol, V. Lytvyn expressed the thought that the representatives of National Academy of Science of Ukraine, scientists, historians, specialists in the spheres of state and law, international relations etc should take part in the discussion.
Today crisis in Ukraine V. Lytvyn called "the most difficult challenge through all the years of Independence of Ukraine when there is struggle for destruction". The most hopeless in this situation according to V. Lytvyn is the searching for the anomies in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed that the world crisis should not liberate politicians from the responsibility. V,. Lytvyn emphasized that the solution should be searched "taking into consideration the past of the humanity in order to foreseen the future".
The great attention today, according to the Chairman, should be paid to the science today: "Science should determine the energetic, provisions, technological dimensions of the development of humanity. Human being should not lose the human soul in order to become a part of the scientific and technical progress".
The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine stressed that the Science and Education in Ukraine should have now key role. He also expressed for the active participation of the youth in the formation of the politics of the country.
